The best therapy is the one that teaches you how to heal yourself.

Discover the patterns that keep you stuck and the pathways needed to free yourself. You already have what you need.

Let’s find it together.

I teach people how to heal themselves
so that I put myself out of a job.

I've been a therapist for over 15 years and on my own healing journey for over 30. What I've learned is that any therapy that doesn't teach self-healing creates dependency on the therapy itself.

I work with practitioners in the helping professions, those ready to take ownership of their healing, and students of the Enneagram who want to go deeper. My tools are the Hakomi Method — a somatic, body-centered approach — and the Enneagram, which I use to help people recognize and free themselves from the patterns that keep them stuck.

Healing takes courage. My commitment is to help you locate yourself in your own journey and help you cross the next threshold.

“Wilder’s genuine care, humor,
and commitment to his clients are unmatched.”

Before working with Wilder, I felt misunderstood, unmotivated, and hopeless. I wanted to improve my relationships and find balance without burning myself out. Wilder's understanding of modern culture, gaming, and his ability to truly honor and validate my emotions made him the perfect fit.

Through our sessions, I’ve gained confidence, emotional maturity, and a deeper understanding of myself.

Wilder’s genuine care, humor, and commitment to his clients are unmatched. I can’t thank him enough for helping me unlock suppressed emotions and use them in ways I never thought possible.

Services

  • Hakomi Session

Hakomi is a somatic, body-centered therapy that works beneath the level of talk. Rather than analyzing your patterns from the outside, we follow what your body already knows — tracking sensation, emotion, and memory as they arise in the present moment. Sessions are slow, attentive, and often surprising. This is deep work for people ready to meet themselves honestly.

Available for individuals. Offered in person in Fremont, Seattle. Online available based on assessment.

    Fee: $205 per 55-minute session

  • Enneagram Coaching

The Enneagram is the most sophisticated map of human personality I’ve encountered in 30 years of doing this work. But a map is only useful if you know how to read it. In one-on-one coaching we go beyond type identification — into the specific patterns, defenses, and gifts that shape how you move through the world, and how to work with them instead of against them.

    Available in person and online.

    Fee: $205 per 55-minute session

  • Enneagram Groups

A deeper dive designed for small groups who want to go beyond the basics. Each group is tailored around a specific topic or theme — ideal for a cohort of practitioners, a circle of friends, or anyone ready to do serious work together. Inquiry-based, experiential, and genuinely transformative when the group is willing.

    Up to 10 participants

The Enneagram MAP (Mythopoetic Assessment Profile) is an assessment and a healing experience designed to usher you into your next level of growth. People don't just learn where they are in their journey, they find themselves already taking meaningful steps forward.

    Fee: $375 per 90-minute session

I’ve spent my career working with people who don’t quite fit the mold — and I mean that as a compliment.

My background spans Marriage & Family Therapy, Drama Therapy, the Hakomi Method, and the Enneagram, which has become the through-line of almost everything I do. Before I was a therapist, I was a stage actor and director. That background shapes how I think about the body, presence, and what it means to really inhabit a moment — and it shows up in the room.

I'm an SP4, if that tells you anything about why I'm drawn to work that goes beneath the surface.

These days I'm focused on what lights me up most: teaching the Enneagram in small groups and seminars, supporting individuals as a counselor and a coach, and mentoring students in the CP Enneagram Professional Training Program — the same program I graduated from.
